❌ What's NOT Included

• Meals and beverages (you choose, we wait)
• Museum entrance fees (optional)
• Bosphorus cruise (optional, additional fee)
• Professional guide service (we are drivers who provide information)

🚗 Vehicle & Safety

The vehicle is clean, comfortable and regularly maintained. All legal insurance and registration are current. The driver holds a professional driver's license and is experienced. Road safety is our primary responsibility.

📅 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 48+ hours before: 100% refund
• Cancellation 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund
• After tour starts: If unsatisfied within first hour, cancellation is possible and remaining amount will be refunded

⚠️ Liability & Accident Terms

General Liability: The driver and vehicle comply with all traffic regulations. However, due to the nature of Istanbul's traffic, unexpected situations may arise. All traffic accidents during the tour are handled according to local laws and insurance terms.

Accident Responsibilities:

• Driver error → Our insurance and legal responsibility
• Passenger or third-party error → Your responsibility
• Unforeseen events (weather, mechanical) → Joint assessment

Personal Items: We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please keep track of your belongings.

🔒 Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information (name, phone, email) is used only for tour arrangements. It is not shared with third parties. Your data is kept secure and encrypted.

🌡️ Health & Safety

• Vehicle is regularly cleaned and disinfected
• Mask usage is your choice
• If you feel unwell, tour cancellation is possible

👥 Group Rules

• Maximum 9 people (for comfort and safety)
• Children must be supervised by parents/guardians
• Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited
• Treat the driver with respect and courtesy
